Aspect ratio can be portrait, landscape or custom depending on the concept.
This type of commission would take minimum of 1.5 month to 3 months since I start

Price will depend on :
Complexity of character, interactions, background and visual storytelling
Cropping of the character ( Half / Full body )

Terms of Service
DO NOT claim commissioned piece as your own work
I have the right to decline your commission request if I feel I could not deliver what you requested
Commissioners do not have the right to use and/or sell my art in any way, shape or form. Including merchandising, using them for AI image generators and NFTs
Completion time may vary between 1-12 weeks depending on the type of commission you order. Starting from when I send the sketch
Intellectual property rights : I retain the full rights over the commissioned pieces -- to publish, reproduce, display them in my portfolio or social media and use it for merch, unless we agree otherwise.
Any major changes such us pose and composition can only be done during the rough sketching stage.
The Commissioner may print the commissioned artwork for personal use, collection, or private display purposes, that includes: use as display on social media (profile picture, header, casual post, etc), personal wallpaper and personal print.
The final illustration is strictly for PERSONAL USE ONLY The artwork may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, used for promotional purposes, unless we agree on a commercial commission. Usage rights will be as discussed.
The client don't need permission to post the commissioned illustration (credit is appreciated)
Payment / Refund Policy

Commission slot will only be reserved once full payment is made
Commission is non-refundable once I start
I will only give full refunds if I decide to cancel a commission order myself
Other Fee
Revision fee : free minor revision up to 3 times, more than it will be charged +$5 per minor revision
RUSH FEE : If you need the commission to be finished within a short time (generally under 1-2 week). We will discuss about the fee
Monetized content : ( Stream overlay, Digital Cover, etc ) +50%
Commercial fee : For commercial usage, typically ranges between 2-3x the personal-use commission rate.

Commission Process
Once I reviewed and accepted your commission request, I will send an email if there are price changes. If there isn't any I will proceed to send an invoice through paypal or other agreed payment method
You will be put on the commission queue once full payment is made
I will send you a rough sketch for approval before proceeding to painting phase . you may only ask for major revision here such as pose / composition change.
Feel free to ask for progress updates, but don't rush me unless you have requested a deadline
Full resolution of your final commission piece will be send to your email
